As care moves out of traditional settings, organizations and providers are seeking efficiency gains and are investing in alternative delivery, like ambulatory surgery centers, and health care technology. We see opportunity across the healthcare sector both in terms of reducing the cost of building new facilities, using balance sheets wisely, and creating operational efficiency by deploying new technology, like generative AI.
PUBLIC SECTOR
Public/Private Partnerships can be transformational for cities and other governmental entities. Often, underutilized buildings or vacant property can be envisioned to foster economic development or address other critical needs such as affordable and workforce housing. As a result of our recent work in New Orleans a vacant, 40-acre riverside parcel is being transformed into a new vibrant neighborhood that positions the nearly 300-year-old city for the future.
