A new neighborhood is emerging in New Orleans, a 300-year-old city known for its rich history, traditions, diverse culture and vibrant atmosphere. On nearly 40 vacant acres adjacent to the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, more than $1 billion in private investment is creating a mixed-use commercial, retail, entertainment, and affordable residential district that is the first ground-up development of scale in decades.
