University of Chicago leveraged expertise from the Oakwood Summit team to execute its first-ever privately developed residence and dining hall for its most recent student housing project. The Woodlawn Residential Commons successfully balanced project priorities of design, student experience and financial feasibility while preserving University operations of key student life functions to provide a seamless experience for students across the University's housing portfolio. The project won Best Public Private-Partnership at Student Housing Business' 2021 Annual Innovator Awards.
